June 2012 - June 2012Short research visit to learn and apply incorporation of unnatural amino acids in heat shock proteins, conjugation "click" chemistry, and developing a Cell Free Protein Synthesis system in collaboration with Raboud University, Nijmegen, the Netherlands and Biosilta Oy, Oulu, Finland.

Developing genetic, directed evolution on triosephosphate isomerase, enzyme-characterization & enzymes-characterization, contract work for academic and industrial partners, project planning, writing grant applications, teaching, supervising students, hiring of Ph.D. students, chairing an international conference. ACCOMPLISHMENTS include developing and implementing of (a) a SOP administrative system; (b) automated HTP E. coli expression; (c) simple high yield cultivation technique for 15N stable isotope labeling. Acquired M.Sc degree (Magna Cum Laude) in molecular biology, acquired a Ph.D. degree in bioprocess engineering. Co-author in 5 peer-review publications. AWARDS: Scholarship Tauno Tonningin Foundation (2009, 4000 EUR), Best Poster of the year - Biocenter Oulu (2004, 150 EUR).

January 2004 - January 2010Worked with a small team on developing a project driven workflow on spreadfirefox.com and some of the marketing strategies behind the scenes of spreadfirefox.com. The site has been followed-up by Drumbeat, and now Mozilla Affiliates. During this time, spreadfirefox.com gained many new active users, and Mozilla adapted a new workflow derived from our ideas. New marketing projects found there way on the market during development of Fire 1.0 - 3.6. Listed contributor to Firefox 2.0.
